About Richard Reed
Back to Active Osteopathy was founded by Richard in 2016.
Richard qualified with a BSc in Osteopathic Medicine from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine and is a fully registered Osteopath with the General Council of Osteopathy. He has a level 3 diploma in sports massage and has qualifications in Kinesio taping and medical acupuncture.
Richard has always been involved in Sport and has over 15 years’ experience as a swimming coach working athletes at Regional and National level. He has also worked as a snowboard and ski instructor in Canada for 2 years and as a personal trainer.

About Milli Bramsen
Milli graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester. She then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics. This advanced degree equipped her with the skills to precisely track skeletal movement and combine technology with the analysis of human motion. She also gained experience working with various demographics, including children, individuals with obesity, those with osteoarthritis.
Kamilah herself is a very active person and enjoys engaging in activities such as tennis, running, and weightlifting. She has completed a half marathon and participated in several 10 km races. Her personal goals include running a full marathon, an ultra marathon, and perhaps even the Comrades Marathon in South Africa. Additionally, she has a passion for hiking and walking. A top item on her bucket list is conquering Aconcagua in Argentina, which is the highest mountain outside of the Himalayas, reaching a height of 6961 meters.

About Gemma McAllister
Gemma has been a beauty therapist for over 18 years, but her approach to therapy has evolved and is now much more holistic in nature. She focuses on treating each client according to their specific needs and tailors her treatments to ensure that they feel the way they want to feel after the therapy. Gemma employs a variety of techniques in her treatments, such as Swedish massage, sports massage, reflexology and the Emmett technique.
For over 9 years, Gemma worked at Champneys Forest Mere Spa located in Liphook, and later she moved on to work at Champneys Day Spa in Guildford for over 4 years.
